Floor Restoration

VCT Strip & Wax

Over time, vinyl tile builds up layers of old wax, dirt, and scuff marks that leave it looking dull. We strip those layers off and lay down fresh coats of finish — so the floor looks clean again and holds up better to daily traffic.

How we do it

  1. Apply stripping solution
    A stripper is spread across the floor to break down the old wax.
  2. Buff off the old finish
    We machine-buff with stripping pads to lift the softened wax away.
  3. Rinse with clean water
    The floor is washed down so no stripper residue is left behind.
  4. Apply fresh coats of wax
    New coats of finish go down for an even, protected surface.
